Consultations are FREE (15 - 30min) and can be done either by phone and/or in-person.

Due to our high appointment demand, 2 BUSINESS days notice is required for all changes/cancellations.

*NEW* A deposit/cancellation fee will be requested upon booking to secure your appointment.

Deposit amount is deducted from the final price unless the appointment was cancelled with less than 2 business days notice.  

Deposit/cancellation fee can be made by online booking, or e-transfer.

Payment methods accepted: CASH, e-Transfer, Visa/MC (Credit Card Payments are subject to a fee).

"Touch-Up" appointments do not apply to services provided by another establishment.
